Artist Evelyn Jacob has created an exhibit intended to evoke a feeling of the primeval. Using images of waterfowl over water, Jacob has created “Birds of the Deep Waters,” an exhibition of digital photographs. “Birds” is on display at the Waverly Street Gallery, 4600 East-West Highway, Bethesda, through June 6.
